The Enderling lab develops mathematical and compuatational models of stem cell dynamics in development aging and cancer. The lab's current focus is on cancer stem cells and how does a tumor grow if there were cancer stem cells with unique properties. Dr. Enderling's long term interest lies in radiotherapy of solid tumors and using theoretical models to predict treatment success of tumors using virtual trials. Other interests include invadopodia formation scientific computing and high dimensional visualization of theoretical models.
